Hank McNeil is a Freelance Editor and Filmmaker living and working in Los Angeles. A recent graduate of the Department of Film, Television, and Theatre at the University of Notre Dame, McNeil is the only student to have been awarded graduating honors for both fiction filmmaking and critical scholarship.

His undergraduate thesis film, We Must Create Magnificence, was selected as a Notre Dame Honors Thesis and will begin its festival run in 2025. McNeil collaborated with fellow Notre Dame alums Aidan O'Malley and JP Spoonmore on the short Small Parts which was a finalist for Best Comedy at the Georgia Comedy Film Festival.
When he isn't working on film projects, McNeil spends his time reading, studying ornithology, and playing in the same weekly Dungeons & Dragons campaign he joined in high school.
